Twinshadow, I hate to say it, but did you REALLY think you were going to change anything? Frankly, it is NOT illegal to make money off of mangas or anything else downloaded unless it is ALSO available for sale in the United States in a regular old store or by mail order.

Since hentai mangas are not available in either of those two things, making money off links to those things isn't illegal, and those things are not protected under American copyright laws.

Before you say "You are wrong!"... that is coming straight from a lawyer, now judge, who specializes in copyright law.

Dude I may not be twin but I understand both sides as a 3rd party. Both of u should understand the 3rd party involvements. 1st off 2knonomous I understand what u eman by that and I see where your going but since its a web site the admins and mods can block it if they dont feel its right. In this case twin doesnt feel right with you making money off this. Hey i'm in the us and freedom of choice gives him every right to do this. Links such as urlcash and usercash I do not allow. People making money off of downloads from these manga is infringing copyright and is hurting the author and artist who originally did the manga. I would rather pay for the manga myself if I wanted it. Where does the money go to? Does it go to the author? Or does it go to the person pocketbook? I don't know, and you know what, I still find it illegal since it's a direct infringement on copyright. That's that. End of discussion.
